Controlled Equipment Technical Library
Proper operation and long-term reliability require accurate technical documentation. HSYL provides comprehensive documentation packages with every machine delivered to international project sites.
Available Documentation Scope
- Operating & Safety Manuals: Step-by-step startup, operation, digital controller programming and daily shutdown protocols.
- Electrical & Utility Schematics: Detailed wiring diagrams (220V/380V/415V/480V), terminal layouts, gas pressure specs and water connection points.
- Exploded View & Parts Lists: Itemized assembly breakdowns with original factory part numbers for rapid spare-parts identification.
- Sanitation & Maintenance Protocols: Daily cleaning procedures, descaling routines and preventive maintenance schedules.

Microcomputer Controller Diagnostics & Fault Code Resolution
For commercial refrigeration, blast chillers, and heated holding cabinets equipped with digital microprocessor thermostats (Dixell & Carel), standard diagnostic fault codes allow on-site service technicians to isolate issues rapidly:
- Alarm Code P1 / E1 (Cabinet Ambient Probe Failure): Signals an open or shorted NTC/PTC sensor in the interior cavity. The controller automatically activates safety failover cycling (15 min run / 15 min rest) to prevent food spoilage.
- Alarm Code P2 / E2 (Evaporator Defrost Probe Failure): Indicates a faulty defrost sensor. The system automatically reverts to timed safety defrost termination mode.
- Alarm Code HA (Maximum Temperature Exceeded): Triggered when cabinet temperature remains above the critical safety setpoint beyond the programmed delay. Inspect magnetic door gasket seals, clean clogged condenser fins, and verify ambient ventilation complies with Climate Class 5 standards (40°C).
- Alarm Code LA (Minimum Temperature Threshold): Signals abnormal low-temperature operation in fresh food holding cabinets. Verify thermostat setpoint configuration and compressor contactor status.
HACCP Data Logging & Regulatory Verification
Commercial foodservice operations subject to strict HACCP food safety audit frameworks require continuous and tamper-proof temperature verification. HSYL commercial refrigeration units and blast chillers feature built-in RS485 communication ports compatible with Modbus protocols, supporting real-time centralized data monitoring or manual USB export of chilling curve records.
