Commercial Glasswasher Spare Parts & Replacement Components image 1

This spare-parts hub is designed to help maintenance teams identify the correct replacement component before quotation. Glasswasher parts must be checked against exact model, voltage, pump/heater specification and water circuit. Do not substitute visually similar parts without a compatibility check.

HSYL does not recommend ordering by a generic component name alone. Send the equipment product code, serial/nameplate photo, destination electrical supply, a clear photo of the failed part, connector or mounting details and any readable part number so compatibility can be checked against the equipment BOM or technical record.

Common Replacement Component Categories

  • heating elements
  • wash/rinse pumps
  • temperature sensors
  • door seals
  • spray arms and jets
  • solenoid valves
  • drain components
  • chemical dosing tubes and accessories

Compatibility notice: A component category is not a universal part number. Exact replacement items are confirmed against the machine record, configuration and failed-part evidence.

How to Specify the Right Configuration

DecisionWhat to Confirm
Model identificationProvide the HSYL product code and a full nameplate photo.
Electrical/utility configurationProvide voltage, phase, frequency and relevant gas/steam/water configuration where applicable.
Failed-part evidenceSend clear photos from several angles, connector/mounting details and any visible part number.
DimensionsMeasure key mounting centres, thread/pipe sizes, shaft diameter, gasket profile or other part-specific dimensions.
Failure symptomDescribe the fault and any error code so the replacement part is not used to mask a different root cause.
Order scopeConfirm quantity, destination, preferred courier/sea shipment and whether a recommended wear-parts kit is required.

Typical Applications

  • Planned preventive maintenance
  • Emergency replacement
  • Commissioning spare-parts kit
  • Two-year operating spares
  • Multi-site maintenance standardisation
  • Service contractor parts identification

Engineering & Procurement Notes

  • Exact replacement part numbers are not invented on this page. Compatibility is checked against the specific equipment code/configuration.
  • The page targets common maintenance searches while routing the buyer into a controlled identification process before quotation.
  • Final maintenance procedure must follow the model-specific operation/service documentation and safe isolation requirements.

Information Required for an Accurate RFQ

  • Application, menu or ware type and the peak operating duty.
  • Required capacity or batch/rack/production schedule.
  • Available utilities: voltage, phase, frequency, gas/steam/water data where relevant.
  • Installation space, access route and floor plan if available.
  • Destination market and any required compliance/documentation scope.
  • Required quantity, accessories, spare parts and target project schedule.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I identify the correct replacement part?

Send the equipment product code, serial/nameplate photo, failed-part photos, visible part number, dimensions and destination electrical/utility configuration. HSYL will match the request to the equipment record before quotation.

Can I order a part using only a photo?

A photo helps, but it is not sufficient when different voltages, generations or suppliers use visually similar parts. Include the machine product code and nameplate whenever possible.

Do you publish fixed part numbers online?

This page intentionally avoids unverified fixed part numbers because compatibility can vary by model revision and configuration. HSYL confirms the current replacement item in the quotation.

Should I replace a heater, thermostat or sensor when the machine is not heating?

Not automatically. Heating faults can come from controls, sensors, wiring, contactors, safety devices, water level/flow conditions or the heating element itself. A qualified technician should diagnose the circuit before parts are ordered.

Can HSYL prepare a recommended spare-parts package with a new machine order?

Yes. Ask for a commissioning/spares list with the equipment quotation so wear items and critical components can be packed with the machine where appropriate.

What information should be included in a spare-parts RFQ?

Include model/product code, serial/nameplate, quantity, failed-part photos, part number if visible, dimensions, voltage/frequency, destination and required delivery timing.
