Common Component Groups to Verify

  • Thermostat / temperature controller
  • Door gasket and hinge hardware
  • Evaporator / condenser fan motor
  • Temperature probe / sensor
  • Control board or relay module
  • Solenoid valve where used
  • Compressor and start components

The list above describes component groups only. It does not claim a universal HSYL part number or universal compatibility.

Compatibility Check Before Quotation

Required EvidenceWhy It Matters
Equipment model / product codeSeparates product families and revisions.
Serial number / production dateIdentifies BOM changes across production batches.
Voltage / phase / frequencyElectrical components may differ between 50 Hz, 60 Hz and single/three-phase versions.
Photo of the failed component and connectorConfirms physical form, mounting and wiring interface.
Existing part label / manufacturer codeAllows cross-check against the current approved BOM.
Symptom and diagnostic resultAvoids replacing a component that is not the root cause.

How to Request the Correct Part

  1. Send the HSYL equipment model and serial number.
  2. Send a clear photo of the nameplate.
  3. Send close-up photos of the component, terminals and connector.
  4. Provide the printed part number or supplier code if visible.
  5. Describe the fault and any diagnostic measurements already completed.
  6. Confirm destination country and required shipping urgency.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order a replacement part using only the equipment name?

No. Use the exact model, serial number and component photo. Equipment families can change components between production revisions.

Why is the voltage and frequency required?

Contactors, motors, controllers, heaters and other electrical parts can differ by voltage, phase and 50/60 Hz configuration.

Can HSYL confirm compatibility from a photo?

A photo is useful, but final confirmation should also use the model/serial number and any printed component code against the current BOM.

Why is this page marked as a draft?

HSYL should not publish part-number or universal compatibility claims until the supporting BOM, compatible model list and technical evidence are verified.
