Commercial Hamburger Presses

Commercial dutyFactory configurationExport documentation

A commercial hamburger press standardizes patty diameter and supports repeatable portion presentation. The press format should match the required patty diameter, portion weight, paper/disc handling and batch workflow.

HSYL currently publishes HF-100/130 as a dedicated hamburger-press reference, so this category page can consolidate buyer-intent terms without replacing the existing SKU.

How to Select the Right Configuration

Decision PointWhat the Buyer / Engineer Should Confirm
Patty diameterChoose 100 mm / 130 mm or another approved mould size from the product specification.
Portion weightSet recipe mass and patty thickness before production.
Meat mix conditionTemperature and binding affect release and shape consistency.
Paper / separatorConfirm whether separator discs are used and how they are loaded.
Daily volumeManual/semi-manual pressing suits a different volume than an automated forming line.
CleaningFood-contact mould and press surfaces should be easy to remove / sanitize.

Typical Applications

  • Burger restaurants
  • Central kitchens
  • Hotel banquet preparation
  • Meat-prep rooms
  • Food commissaries

Engineering & Site Integration

  • Place the press after mixing/portioning and before tray packing or cooking.
  • Separate raw-meat tools and surfaces from ready-to-eat production.
  • Provide stable bench space and ergonomic operator height.
  • Plan a washable, drainable raw-prep area.

Procurement Notes

  • The existing HF-100/130 page is the correct SKU source; do not create duplicate SKU URLs.
  • Do not use generic automated-former capacity claims for this manual press unless HSYL has a separate automated model.
  • Confirm mould diameter and final patty weight in the quotation.

Information Required for an Accurate RFQ

  • Raw material, ware type or food process handled by the equipment.
  • Peak hourly duty, batch size, racks/hour, kg/hour or other relevant capacity metric.
  • Required output format, cut size, basket/rack size or process result.
  • Available voltage, phase, frequency, gas, steam, water, drainage and ventilation where applicable.
  • Installation space, access route and floor plan if available.
  • Destination market, documentation requirements and required compliance scope.
  • Quantity, accessories, spare parts and target project schedule.

For commercial equipment, model selection should follow the operating duty, site utilities and workflow rather than a catalogue number alone. Send HSYL the process requirement and site conditions so the final model, utility schedule and accessories can be confirmed before quotation.

FAQ

Commercial Hamburger Presses Questions

What patty sizes are shown on the current HSYL press page?

The current HF-100/130 page publishes Φ100 mm / 130 mm size options.

Is this the same as an automatic patty forming line?

No. A press and a continuous automated forming line are different equipment classes and should not share throughput claims.

How should the press be integrated into a central kitchen?

Place it after meat mixing and portion control, with hygienic raw-meat zoning and downstream tray/packing flow.

What should be confirmed before ordering?

Patty diameter, recipe mass, required daily volume, separator method, cleaning routine and quantity.
