Commercial Electric Fryers For Sale
Start with the published HF candidates, then filter them against the site's documented electrical arrangement and menu duty. A model-and-supply purchasing decision.
When comparing commercial electric fryers for sale, the first useful shortlist is the one your kitchen can actually supply. A fryer that fits the counter may still require a different electrical installation. Complete the supply check before paying for equipment or arranging the supporting bench.
Select a usable electric fryer before comparing prices: factory and buyer checks
Element position, tank geometry and the controls form one electrical cooking configuration. The assembly schedule should identify the offered electrical ratings and access for cleaning or service. A similar-looking body may contain a different electrical build, so the buyer must connect the exact unit's documents to the actual site supply.
Factory build and release records
Match element placement, control arrangement and tank access to the required electric build. Request the exact voltage, phase, input and connection schedule before confirming the model.
Check the delivered equipment in use
Trial representative batches and check site power and safe cleaning access.
| Decision point | Factory record to request | Customer verification |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Identify the exact HF reference and supplied configuration. Record the exact offered model or variant and the document revision supporting this requirement. | Check the delivered identity against the approved offer; request clarification when the document describes a different variant. |
| Supply | Obtain voltage, phase, frequency and rated input. Keep the offered unit's rating and connection schedule with its model identity. | Match that exact schedule to the site with the responsible installer before accepting the configuration. |
| Purchase | Compare included accessories and required local work. Name included components, documents and responsibilities against the same line of the offer. | Compare explicit inclusions and exceptions, and keep the final approved scope with the delivered equipment. |

Start with the exact model being offered
HSYL's published HF range gives two references. These facts help identify candidates; they do not describe every electrical requirement or establish cooking output.
| Model reference | Published body width | Published nominal voltage |
|---|---|---|
| HF6035E | 350 mm | 380 V |
| HF6060E | 600 mm | 380 V |
A wider body is not evidence of a higher accepted output. Likewise, the 380 V entry is not a complete connection instruction. Ask for a dated data sheet matching the model and configuration on the quotation.
Use one document trail from quotation to installation
| Information | Who supplies it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Model and configuration | Equipment supplier | The quotation, data sheet and delivered nameplate identify the same build. |
| Voltage, phase and frequency | Equipment supplier | All three fields are explicit; no assumptions are made from the product photograph. |
| Rated input and connection requirements | Equipment supplier | The installer receives the complete model-specific information. |
| Available site supply | Responsible installer | The location and proposed connection are assessed against the equipment documents. |
| Required site work | Installer / project manager | Scope, timing and responsibility are agreed before delivery. |
Keep an unresolved field visibly unresolved. A salesperson's statement that the fryer is “standard electric” is not a replacement for the model data. Have the responsible installer specify circuits, protection, isolation and wiring; this comparison sheet does not size them.
Separate three different purchasing decisions
- The documented configuration matches the site. Continue to basket, menu and support checks. Matching supply is necessary, but does not prove that the fryer meets the service demand.
- The site can be adapted. Obtain the installation scope and schedule before comparing the total offer with another candidate.
- The configuration remains uncertain. Request a confirmed alternative. Keep the item off the final purchase schedule until the documents resolve the mismatch.
If the site requires 220 V, neither published 380 V reference establishes a suitable 220 V offer. Ask for configuration-specific evidence rather than using either model as a confirmed substitute.
A useful enquiry includes both sides of the connection
Send the desired model, quantity, destination, installer-confirmed site voltage/phase/frequency, intended location and the menu duty. Ask the supplier to return the complete electrical schedule and identify any option that changes the quoted build. Attach that reply to the purchase record so delivery and installation teams use the same information.
Keep basket size, usable oil capacity and a representative cooking trial as separate selection checks. Electrical suitability does not establish tank separation, recovery or portions per hour.
Compare the published HF6035E and HF6060E references.
Include any unresolved supply field in your enquiry so it can be answered before ordering. Send your fryer enquiry.
