Commercial Deep Fat Fryer
A commercial deep fat fryer cooks food immersed in oil.
A commercial deep fat fryer cooks food immersed in oil. It suits menus where basket loading, oil condition and the movement from frying to service can be organised as a repeatable station.
Deep-fat frying for a defined menu
Fries can be portioned differently from large battered pieces, and foods with different cooking needs may not share one convenient batch. Tank and basket arrangement therefore influence menu flexibility. A dedicated draining and portioning position helps the cooked food leave the fryer without interrupting the next load.
A deep-fat fryer serving battered products needs room to handle food without crowding the oil surface. Basket shape and the recommended operating method influence how easily portions remain separate.
Choose around the food's shape and handling needs; oil quantity alone does not describe a suitable frying station.

HF Countertop Electric Fryers
The HF6035E and HF6060E have listed body widths of 350 mm and 600 mm. Both references list 380 V; their widths describe the appliances, not their usable frying areas.
Two countertop formats to explore for an electric frying station with a suitable supply and supporting counter.

HF7040-3G Gas Deep Fryer
The HF7040-3G is a freestanding three-tube gas fryer with a listed 25 L capacity and 400 × 820 × 1163 mm body dimensions.
Provides a dedicated floor-standing frying position. The exact gas specification remains part of the selected installation configuration.
Choose the arrangement around the food
Fried products occupy the oil and baskets differently. Long battered pieces, loose fries and small breaded portions do not create the same useful load. The appliance's capacity figure therefore needs to be understood as one specification within a larger task. Basket space, independent tanks and the heat-source configuration each influence which format belongs on the shortlist.
The work after frying
Draining, seasoning, packing or plating happens after food leaves the oil. Those tasks need space beside the fryer and can shape the station's pace. A larger tank may add little if finished portions have nowhere to go. Countertop electric and freestanding gas formats offer different ways to position frying within the kitchen; the appropriate choice follows both the menu and site.
Construction details that affect everyday use
The basket shape needs to suit the food as well as the tank. A long piece and many small portions can use equal nominal oil volume differently. The space around the appliance connects this physical cooking arrangement to preparation and serving.

Does oil capacity equal portions per hour?
No. Portion size, food condition, cooking time and the loading pattern influence finished output. Oil capacity helps describe the appliance but is not a universal production figure.
