Dishwasher Machine For Restaurant
Sort the busiest returning load into the racks the machine will use. A rack-based dishwashing demand estimate.
Sort the busiest returning load into the racks the machine will use. Plates, bowls, cutlery and pans can occupy very different amounts of rack space. Time loading and unloading as well as washing, and include the places where dirty or clean racks wait.

| Equipment | Listed details | Confirm before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| HDW-80 Hood-Type Dishwasher | HDW-80 is listed with a 500 × 500 mm rack and body dimensions of 800 × 820 × 1470 mm. | These dimensions do not include the complete inlet and outlet workstation. |
| Commercial Conveyor Dishwashers | Conveyor dishwasher configurations are presented as a distinct equipment family. | No throughput or staffing guarantee is inferred from the family description. |

HDW-80 Hood-Type Dishwasher
Compare pass-through rack handling with front-loading handling when inlet and outlet tables can be provided.

Commercial Conveyor Dishwashers
Investigate conveyor warewashing for a return flow that can be supported by continuous loading and clean-side handling.
Count the restaurant's return wave in actual racks: factory and buyer checks
The rack path and washing circuit must be coordinated with the door or hood, heater and site connections. Assembly checks should relate to the supplied rack and actual ware. A high nominal cycle rate cannot compensate for restricted loading, an unsuitable water connection or a clean-side station that cannot accept the next rack.
Factory build and release records
Coordinate rack path, spray circuit, heating and drain interfaces with the installed station. Request the exact rack envelope, water and electrical schedule, and a loaded wash test.
Check the delivered equipment in use
Follow representative dirty ware from landing through clean pickup rather than relying on nominal cycles.
| Decision point | Factory record to request | Customer verification |
|---|---|---|
| Rack conversion | Use realistic rack loading arrangements. Identify the actual container or load arrangement used to approve the build. | Bring representative loaded items, including lids and handles, and check placement, retrieval and replenishment. |
| Handling | Record operator and landing-space delays. Show the loaded movement or discharge path together with supports, handles and receiving positions. | Reproduce that movement with the intended load and check the staff position and adjacent working space. |
- Ware mix: Count the actual returning items.
Reconstruct a restaurant’s busiest return period
Count plates, bowls, cutlery and pans returning together. Convert them into actual rack loads, then time the complete handling sequence to decide which dishwashing format is appropriate.
Start with the return load, not the cycle counter
| Requirement | Practical check |
|---|---|
| Ware sizes | Measure the tallest glass or vessel and the largest plate or tray. Check the clear opening and rack arrangement with those items. |
| Peak returns | Count items returning in the busiest interval and convert them into realistic mixed racks. Do not use a tightly packed display load. |
| Water and services | Request the exact inlet, drain, electrical, chemical and water-treatment requirements for the offered machine. |
